Lehrpfad Grengewald 1

The loop trails through the Grünewald have their starting point on the forest lagoon.
In Sennin gene directed the municipal administration in cooperation with the "Syndicat d'initiative" and the "Geschichtsfrënn" following a tour and information tables set up, to explain the peculiarities of nature, culture and history of the citizens and visitors of the community.

The Grünewald is the largest contiguous forest area in Luxembourg. In the depths of the Grünewald, one encounters a small, very sexy, Hermitage, which is still today very well known as a place of pilgrimage. Near the Chapel is located the former Spa of "Schetzelbour".
