I would like to attach the many descriptions of the most famous mountain trail of the Dolomites, no more. The technical writers can do better. Dolomites, mountain trails is referenced on the Rother walking guide 1-3: www.rother.de. Still, at the ascent of the 14 22.8.11 I had to realize, that, from the Internet-related, GPS track, not a few sections but significantly "in addition" was. Therefore, I offer this version. Between Passo Duran and RIF. I have Pramperet the version of BIV. Angelini chosen, the climbing trail section in the Schiara massif was bypassed, the descent via RIF. Bianchet elected. Despite high season, it was almost always possible 1-3Tage in the huts by phone to reserve accommodation.
