Heavily crowded by touring enthusiasts beautiful weekend, but always enough space for fantastic turns on steep Felsdurchsetzes terrain (for experienced skiers 2 variants exit channels from the Red Ridge glacier)

Short description:

from the parking lot (toll road) to the end of the Valley (the climb is well visible to the glacier). Over steep, felsdurchsetzes terrain (usually with crampons) up to a height of 2850 m to the Lisenser glacier. Now flat up to 3000 m along the Plattigen wall, which is climbed steeply up to the Red Ridge also. About the Red Ridge glacier in a notch in the southern outlet of the Fernerkogel (ski depot). About block climb in about 30 minutes to the Summit with magnificent views.
